All of our sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items are sold as is, we are not able to certify, verify, or speak to the functionality of any given item. We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, and Checks (With Proper ID). Items that are shipped will not be shipped until we are thoroughly satisfied with the validity of that payment. Checks will not be accepted on the day of an estate sale. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we will be requiring all patrons to wear masks, and in some instances gloves and/or shoe covers. We are complying with all local laws and ordinances in regards to social distancing and may ask entry into an estate sale to be staggered to give all patrons a proper amount of space. Anyone who is unable or unwilling to comply with wearing a mask or social distancing will be asked to leave. We will ask you to leave if you decide to berate any clientele or staff for their for race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, political beliefs, or any other defining characteristics. We will prosecute shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. The owners of the property have the right to deny anyone access to their property. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone with no reason given.
